Happy Holidays!
Congratulations on finding the best site dedicated to moms, musicians, and especially musician moms and their friends and families!
We here at R&R will give it to you straight, get you to think, laugh and feel as freely as any mom who rocks should! If you're looking for an uber-politically correct site that doesn't take risks, you're at the wrong place.
We're not your average moms. Most times we're more woman than lady. We live, laugh and love like we mean it! If you've been looking for somewhere to go where they understand just how different and amazing you are, you'll find you're in good company. And we encourage all rocker moms, rockin' moms, moms who rock, etc. to voice their opinions!
During this season of giving, we celebrate the woman who gives selflessly all year long--Mom!This issue is filled with more mom interviews, mom recipes and mom miscellaneous. In This Woman Rocks, get to know some women that seriously rock: Tracey Schofield, Maureen Kendall and Cookie Cutter Girl, Lynn Julian.
The Rhythm of a Rockermom is a driving one, so fasten your seatbelts and join us for a wild ride!
What did you do today? During this season of giving, did you find a way to give to others? If you need suggestions, check out Chelsea's story:Chelsea Taylor is training for a marathon to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Aside from work, school and volunteering, Chelsea has made time to train and raise money for cures, especially for the 5-year old boy that she's representing on this run--Noah McCashland. Noah is a cancer survivor and his mother and father are both Team In Training alumni.
This is what you can do today! We're not asking you to run a marathon, we're just asking you to visit Chelsea's sites and help others out by helping her to raise the money she's committed to:
